Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Asia, your key role is to set up and coordinate meetings for the team of 8 across Asia.
You will control the management of the calendars, prepare meeting notes and print outs and book meeting rooms, maintain contacts and update business cards.
In addition, you will answer the phones when the team is not available and direct the phone calls or take messages. You will arrange business trips and hotel bookings. You will prepare expense claim report and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
You will be friendly, personable, humble and a fast learner with the ability to work with urgency and in a very fast pace environment. You will be meticulous, detailed oriented and highly sensitive to handling confidential information and handle it with discretion.
You will have excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) with an additional Asian language being advantageous.
You will have at least 3 years working relevant experience from a financial institution, law or accounting firm.
