Job Description

We invite aggressive and sales-oriented people to promote our Company’s services and products through telephone to satisfy customers’ needs and contribute to the achievement of the Company’s sales and revenue target.  You will receive professional training in advanced telemarketing skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career.

Responsibilities: 

  • To monitor sales operation so as to motivate the commercial telesales agents to achieve the team’s sales target
  • To maximize the sales prospects via broadband service renewal activities
  • To ensure the agents are meeting the Sales Target / KPI achievements in an effective approach
  • To coach and inspire team members to achieve excellent performance
  • To provide good services to strengthen customer loyalty
  • To carry out designated task as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above with minimum 2 years’ solid sales experience in managing corporate clients and has experience in teleservices operation
  • Sales and customer oriented with strong commitment towards sales target achievement
  • Independent, presentable and good interpersonal skills
  • Mature, aggressive and able to solve problems under minimal supervision
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
