Job Description


  • Understand consumers need and behavior from both online and offline data continuously; recruit, retain and loyalize consumers with relevant communication content and experience
  • Lead brand communications by building strong and consistent brand equity and brand awareness with effective media strategy
  • Enhancing brand consideration by generating social buzz and cultivate WOM thru CSR, PR, event and KOC efforts
  • Enhance functional and emotional brand identity, brand awareness, purchase consideration, recommendation and new target customer recruitment via digital and traditional media activation, consumer communication, CRM journey and brand event. Ensure our brand equity is communicated in a consistent and high-quality manner across different channels
  • Develop digital social strategy to accelerate overall brand growth by creating relevant and resonating brand experience at every customer touchpoint
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties (i.e. media and creative agencies) to work out the most effective and on target media plan including utilizing Paid, Owned and Earned social platform
  • Closely work with Product & Retail Marketing team to support on new product launch, planning and executing digital communication
  • Cultivate KOL and KOC via product seeding, media event/gatherings to generate more WOM and work with team on influencers engagement and content partnership
  • Lead in all VIPs analytics, competitor consumer engagement activities tracking and social SOV tracking
  • Assist in the planning of corporate wide sales event and brand survey and tracking
  • Maintain brand and product messages are up-to-date and consistent across different platforms online and offline


  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of marketing / brand development experience in Retail
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven analytical and influencing skills, with ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve result
  • Demonstrate ability to integrate market intelligence and trends to drive business plans & decisions
  • Consumer-centric mindset, ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required
  • Proactive, Well organized, positive, energetic and team-oriented
