Job Description

Our award winning client, a Tier 1 Global Investment and Corporate Bank, is looking for an Office/Team assistant to join for an initial 6 months contract to provide day-to-day administrative support. The contract period can being renewable.

You will be joining an international environment and a small support team to assist the broader Wealth Management department.

Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the team to process/ support daily administrative & services matters within the WMHK Platform
  • To provide administrative supports for on-boarding new joiners including co-ordination of non-IT application related and facilities accesses.
  • Consolidate and maintain the daily transaction blotter received from Front Office relationship managers
  • Consolidate office stationery supplies ordering on monthly basis
  • Assist and work with the team for office relocation / internal reshuffling and office maintenance
  • Act as backup to team colleagues with the distribution of report / internal mails which includes some heavy lifting of items between 18-20kg.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluency with both English and Cantonese
