Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager who can manage and grow relationships with clients and key stakeholders, attend regular client meetings for performance reports, service improvements, infrastructure improvements and enhancements, whilst managing the full sales cycle.

If you can prepare hardware / software quotes and work cost estimates, analyse customers needs, suggest upgrades or infrastructure enhancements to meet requirements and advise clients on technology directions that best support their business needs we would like to hear from you.

Technical Account Managers who can effectively manage multiple projects, overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle whilst working closely with the Technical Team Leads, Engineering Team and Service Delivery Team on the delivery of client projects underpinned with the ability to provide problem management support to high profile customer issues are likely to receive an interview request.

Technical Account Managers with experience in a similar role having worked in a Managed Service industry and can display and apply knowledge of technologies including: Cloud Solutions, CyberSecurity, Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, Server Virtualisation, and an awareness and understanding of additional technologies will be highly sought after.

Address all product-related queries on time.
Analyse customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
Keep track of service performance metrics.
Able to work under pressure
Self-motivated and organised
Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible approach to work
