Job Description

Our client is listed company in Hong Kong, and they are looking for the potential candidate to join their team as Technical Customer Service Helpdesk Support; and focusing in provide wide area of technical support services in a Service Center to the internal customer from different location. Please find below details and click "Apply Now" if you think you are suitable for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling internal and external calls from the users regarding IT incidents or service requests
  • Responsible to provide 7x24 remote support to users on various user PC / Mobile devices which related to gaming / non-gaming systems
  • Continuous improvement to achieve higher rate of first call resolution
  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking with professional follow up action with the users of all incidents/service request
  • Handle user access administration on various systems which had been delegated
  • Continuously to build and maintenance a quality FAQs as reference for both IT supports and users to promote knowledge sharing & self-service
  • Identify systematic problems and/or recommend opportunities for improvement that will eliminate or reduce number of reported problems
  • Follow-up with users to ensure satisfaction
  • Recommend modifications related to the existing or new established Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) that will improve the overall operation

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of IT Helpdesk / Enterprise Remote Support or related working experience is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with personal computers / Laptops / Mobile Devices in IOS & Android platform is preferred
  • With knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7 / XP / 2000 is plus
  • Candidate who  have the following technical skills will be an added advantage (e.g. Micros-Fidelio Opera PMS and POS application or other related troubleshoot experience)
  • Good in English and Mandarin communication skills is preferred
  • Good listening skills, and a personnel of Customer Service Expertise
  • Willing to learn the new technology, also with ability in work as a good team player, self-motivated
  • 7x24 Shift duties is required
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
