Job Description


  • Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records.
  • Attend meetings with clients to explain maintenance work items, when necessary, and answer emergency calls
  • Supervise and monitor performance of on-site technical staff and technicians.
  • Prepare tender documents and follow up tendering procedures on engineering / builder’s works
  • Prepare maintenance budget(s) and propose improvement plan(s) to clients
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance works schedule(s) to minimize breakdowns or failures of systems and facilities
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor(s)


  • Holder of a bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies / Architectural Studies or equivalent;
  • Being a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in building surveying discipline, preferably a professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in building surveying/ professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architect (HKIA);
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in the local market, preferably in building renovations, repairs & maintenance works and project management experience in property maintenance;
  • Equipped with sound knowledge of Buildings Ordinance & Regulations, construction technology, maintenance technology & strategy, building management, building contract and project management;
  • Have experience in managing projects of occupied building(s), preferably in luxury residential development(s);
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B); with Safety Card knowledge in renovation works being an advantage;
  • Enthusiastic to work, self-motivating and willing to communicate;
  • Fluent in oral English & Cantonese;
  • Proficient in written English & Chinese.
