About the company.
Our client is a renowned products& solutions company offering diversified mechanical& automatic solutions e.g. Automatic Door, Security Gate, Access Control…etc. to various properties in Hong Kong, ranging from hospitality, residential, shopping malls to commercial buildings. They are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Assistant) Technical Manager – Elevator/ Escalator position for their project and maintenance team in Hong Kong.
About the job.
You will have to manage the technical team for the technical support so as to comply with company safety, internal control, ethic policy and process through site inspection and coordination with all stakeholders. Apart from that, you will have to advise and provide back-up support / guidance to the project and maintenance team on trouble shooting and engineering problems. Assessing the performance of the area through reviewing repair call, work progress is also expected.
Skills & experiences required.
- Degree/HD in Building Services/Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in access solutions/ elevators/ escalators
- Professional body membership is preferable but not a must
- Highly initiative with excellent leadership skills
- Professional, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese
