Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • First and second tier technical support - service desk and remote support for the Group & on-site support for Hong Kong
  • Daily operation - system monitoring and performance checking
  • Hardware and software installation - including network, desktop computer, mobile device and POS
  • Maintain case status update in Service Desk
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline
  • 2 years’ working experience in IT service delivery and support is preferred BUT fresh graduate is welcome
  • Common IT practice and intergration (application and infrastructure)
