Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting all services and equipment such as PCs, laptops, network devices, printers, handheld devices such as tablets and smartphones, servers and all relevant operating systems
  • End-users support on Microsoft windows, Mac OS and desktop applications

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications with at least 2 yearsexperience in a technical support role 
  • Experience in PC hardware /software installation and support with Microsoft Windows and Office based PC systems
  • Basic knowledge in networking like network switching and routing, and network configuration and diagnosis for PC/ client side systems
  • Experience supporting and resolving printer issues
  • Permanent HK resident is required
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese
