Job Description

Our client, one of the leading global investment banks, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will be part of the team supporting users across the bank (including the trading floor and front office). International working environment. Great career potential and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 helpdesk and deskside technical support to end-users across the bank.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolution on hardware and software, covering:
  • PC/Laptop/IP Phone/Printer hardware, Windows Desktop, Microsoft O365 & other Business Applications;
  • Server administration, Active Directory maintenance (add/delete user/group policy); Exchange/Mail Server administration;
  • Hands-on role including installation (PC, laptop, software etc), configuration, and systems testing;
  • Work as part of a team on infrastructure projects with hands-on implementation;
  • Manage IT Inventory and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support / Engineer role. Banking / Finance experience is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting computer / desktop hardware (PC, Laptop, Mobile Phones, IP Phones, Printers etc), and software (Windows Desktop, MS Office/365, Outlook etc) and basic infrastructure troubleshooting and administration (Server, AD, Exchange etc).
  • Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, presentable with excellent customer service oriented mindset.
  • Young, energetic, keen to learn and take opportunities to grow technical knowledge and career.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
