Job Description

 Job Duties

  • Handle general enquiries, customer requests via phone/email
  • Log customer requests and escalate to the appropriate support team
  • Make calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads
  • Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
  • Responsible for data entry to the system and maintain the database
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required 

Job Requirements 

  • Diploma or above with relevant experience in telemarketing is preferred
  •  Knowledge in IT Industry will be an advantage
  • Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
