Job Description

Our client is an international organization that serves investment management professionals with educational, ethical and certification programs. They are looking for a Temp Project Coordinator to support their team. The contract will start in the early of June for 4 months contract. Immediate available is preferable.

Key Job Duties:

  • Collaborate closely and manage project logistics with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide project support to ensure department projects are on schedule.
  • Work closely with team head and relevant internal departments on the budgeting process, compile marketing material and editing of presentation documents, maintain and update the data in database systems on a regular basis
  • Managing scheduling of client meetings, creation and adapting of client presentations, budgeting, special projects, reports and general administration (including travel and expenses). 
  • Provide secretarial support to the team head


  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in administration, project management plus budgeting in multinational organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese and Mandarin(written and oral)
  • Good PC skills such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ability to use other MS system (i.e. Sharepoint, One Drive etc) is a plus
