The Local Valuation team within the HK Corporate Actuarial is mainly responsible for the regular Local statutory and solvency reporting, New Business Value / Embedded Value reporting and capital related projects (e.g. HK Risk-based Capital)
Support the local statutory reporting and analysis, including regulatory submissions and annual filing to Insurance Authority, Dynamic Solvency Testing and Local
Perform annual exercise including Annual Assumption Change, Sensitivity testing, etc.
Support ad hoc projects related to HK Risk-based capital.
Maintain and enhance valuation models, manage model development process
Experience & Qualifications:
Degree holder in Actuarial Science or related field with some progress in actuarial examinations
Solid actuarial knowledge
Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel and Access is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and time management skills
Demonstrate initiative, commitment and responsibility as a team member
