Job Description

Job Duties

  • Keep track and maintain general office supplies
  • Arrange local company car booking and hotel reservations for business trips
  • Handle staff access cards issuance and control
  • Maintain security system in/out records
  • Handle club membership payments
  • Handle service call for photocopiers and toner ordering
  • Verify and process expense claims and payments
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing 
  • Immediately Available is a must
