Job Description

 Job Description:

  • To assist in managing the full spectrum of office administration including office management, procurement, office and workstation planning, repair, maintenance and reception services
  • Responsible to handle and distribute parcels and pick up the phone and support reception duties
  • Ensure sufficient office, pantry groceries supplies, and support pantry work
  • Provide full support in travel arrangement for regional travelers and overseas visitors including scheduling meeting or appointments, flight and hotel bookings, etc
  • Responsible for company’s events / functions and staff activities
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in HR/Administration functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferable
