Job Description


Report directly to the SAP Business Analyst, the job incumbent has to support the HR and Retail operation in working with Time and Attendance system within the region.   He/she will assume the following job responsibilities:

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as primary support to all levels of employees in Time and Attendance operations including help desk support over APAC countries.
  • Perform periodical data checking and data cleansing to secure the quality and stability of the attendance data.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Information System, or related discipline.
  • Good understanding of business practices in the time and attendance functional area and the way it is translated in the system.
  • Familiar with Kronos time attendance system and SAP HR a big plus
  • Excellent communication and polite in handling boutique enquiries in using Kronos system through phone, email or skype message
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a pre-requisite.
