Job Description

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Training and Talent Management focused HR Professional of the highest calibre to join their talented team.

Our client is a local conglomerate listed company with a strong market presence and a reputation for excellence.


Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be part of the Learning and Organisation Development function to act as an internal consultant and business partner to several business units.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, formulate and execute Learning and Development strategies for internal business units
  • Plan, design and conduct training from induction programs to enhance employees' personal and leadership effectiveness
  • Involve in building a strong corporate culture and implementing organisational development initiatives
  • Work closely with operations management, internal and external stakeholders to assess, design and improve learning solutions for leadership teams and senior stakeholders
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training and ensure the training curriculum remains on schedule and budget
  • Handle ad-hoc L&D projects or initiatives at the group level


  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Preferably holder of L&D Tools Certificates (i.e. DiSC, MBTI)
  • At least 8 years of relevant learning and development experience within sizeable organisations
  • With a proven track record of success in change management and project management
  • With substantial expertise in the design and implementation of learning and development / talent management programs
  • Fluent and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
