Job Description

To provide high quality training support services to HKIB members by supporting the Operations Team in executing onsite training courses.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for in-class support such as sign-in/sign-out
  • Provide general administrative support to trainers or invigilators
  • Set up classroom as per class requirement
  • Take on the role being a customer care representative
  • General office duties such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors 


Job Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent knowledge in using MS Word and Excel
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in CRM system is an advantage
  • Available on Monday to Friday 18:30-22:00 or Saturday 08:30-18:00 (Candidate who can commit regular days and hours will be given priority)
