Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of a fashion retail training strategy, working with key stakeholders including HK and China Retail heads, business unit heads, and training teams.
  • Design, develop, oversee, and conduct the training programs including product knowledge and selling behavior to enable the retail staff to consistently achieve and exceed sales and service goals in line with published expectations.
  • Develop behavior/treatment plans and/or crisis plans with the retail teams that are developmentally appropriate and strength-based.
  • Follow-up with frequent observations of retail teams to ensure consistency according to developmental requirements.
  • Design and deliver training courses and modules that educate and help change hearts and minds.
  • Apply fresh thinking to achieve learning outcomes that finally bring workplace behaviors that allow everyone to belong.
  • Support special events or product focus activities via appropriate and timely training to retail teams.
  • Lead the creation of tools and workshops in response to in-store training and needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, hypnosis, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a trainer or consultant.
  • Experience in implementation of positive behavior support plans based upon principles of behavior analysis.
  • Licensed in NLP or as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and motivated to learn new skills, content, and technology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, consultative, and influencing skills
