Client Details

Our client is an international lifestyle company. They have good development of innovative natural health and wellbeing products. Due to recent market expansion, they are looking for candidate with strong management experience, dynamic personality with high caliber to join them as Training Executive.


  • Provide support to training functions and preparation including course enrolment, training materials, attendance and evaluation
  • Support in organizing training sessions, public seminars and sales activities, e.g., product launch event/road show/promotion sales booth
  • Organize examination and related matters such as monthly scheduling, enrolment and results distribution
  • Compile reports for management review on effectiveness
  • Prepare and monitor event budget
  • Assist in department admin tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned


  • At least 2-3 years solid training experience in retail industry; MLM/frontline sales/Event planning experience is preferable
  • Strong in planning and organizing sales event or training program
  • Good facilitation, presentation skill & communication skill
  • University graduate or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
