Job Description


We are looking for a Training Manager who create and foster individual and organisation effectiveness through implementing innovative and diverse training programs to support the company’s commitment to employee development and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on understanding the learning and development needs based on the business strategy, design and implement training programs.



  • Plan, evaluate and implement training and development programs for employees that align with Human Resources and overall business goals
  • Execute and conduct ongoing training, including onboarding, technical, customer service, management, and compliance workshops
  • Develop training materials and facilitator guides
  • Develop and design KPIs for people development program and conduct on-going monitoring of learning effectiveness
  • Work with management team to create succession planning to ensure sustainability of the organisation
  • Lead the mystery shopper program to drive our front line customer service  



  • Minimum 6 years' experience in training and development within retail operations, with expertise in talent assessment, talent management, coaching and training 
  • Experience in organisation transformation and change management
  • Experience in retail store operations is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • University graduate in related discipline
