- Design, planning and deliver training programs and field coaching to frontline retail shop to improve performance, sales and customer service
- Identify training needs and budget
- Provide support in all aspect of training matters, maintain training record and equipment
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration, HR Management or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in retail training and development program. With experience on boost sales training will be definitely advantage.
- Excellent facilitator, good team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Sufficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
