Job Description

The Transfer Agency Shareholder Services Senior Representative will be responsible for the processing of all internal and external enquries for the funds which our client acts as Registrar. Responsbilities include: assist the Manager/ Team Leader with the review and authorization of processing, be the key contact for clients and investors

Alongside the aforementioned services, the firm provides global custody, foreign exchange, private equity, merger and acquisitions, investment management for individuals and institutions, personal trust and estate administration, and securities brokerage services.

Description

  • Process and validate all inquiries within agreed internal and external Service Level Agreement's
  • Ensure all inquires are logged into the query management database, follow up inquiries that remain unresolved outside of agreed Service Level Agreement's and review with the Supervisor or Manager any issues requiring escalation
  • Ensure terms of Funds prospectus are being adhered to at all times
  • Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions, personal effort) and educate clients continually through presentations

Profile

  • 2-3 years of TA experience
  • BA/ MS degree and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge or prior experience of payments systems and reconciliations systems or Multifonds is an advantage
