Job Description

Essential Function:

- Manage the funnel health of the restaurant partners to be onboarded

- Assist Sales team in post-sales operations and communication with restaurant partners

- Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness on CRM tools and other tracking systems

- Provide assistance and information on product features and partnership details for restaurant partners

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and restaurant partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process and experience

- Handle Ad-Hoc tasks related to restaurant operations

Skills & Requirements

- 1 to 2 years experience in fast-paced company / start-up is preferable, fresh graduates are also welcome

- Great communication and negotiation skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Quick learner and adaptable to changes

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet

- Computer literate

- Fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required

- Familiar with Hong Kong’s geographical environment
