2 x Receptionist (with Administrative duties) | Global Financial firms | Central | Eng+

Your new company
2 UK based global Financial Services firms are looking urgently looking for a Receptionist urgently to support the operation of their Hong Kong office.

1) Global Equity trading firm operates in the global financial and commodities market. With around 200 staff in the Hong Kong regional office

2) International Securities firm, with around 30 staff in the Hong Kong Office

Your new role
As a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant of a Global financial firm, you will be responsible for:

  • Guest greetings and handle phone calls in a professional manner
  • Organize and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Support Admin team of handling office administrative work (e.g. expenses report, procurement, facility management, event coordination, catering services etc.)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma/ Associate degree or above
  • 2+ Receptionist/administrative preferably within MNC environment, or Customer-oriented experiences (e.g. Flight attendant, hospitatliy, concierge etc.)
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • strong communication skills and coordination skills
  • Good team player with an approachable personality
  • Immediately availalbe candidates are highly preferred
