Consumer Assets – Unsecured Loans
Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.
We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join our department as Vice President, Card Portfolio Management.
Principal responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities and insights from data analytics and recommend business initiatives to drive card loan, card revolving balance and interest income

Develop/enhance product features and sales channels, optimize risk-based pricing and drive marketing campaigns to achieve card loan and revolving business targets

Act as a product owner role to oversee the planning and implementation of IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline processing, enhance customer experience and meet compliance requirements

Review market / profit analysis to ensure product’s competitiveness in the market and expenses are cost-effectively used to maximize sales and revenue

Provide direction, coaching, and support to colleagues on planning and implementation of marketing programs for card loan/revolving business
Requirements:
-
University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications

Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with knowledge of credit card / personal loan or business analytic an advantage

Strong business and numerical sense, with good data analytical skills to make sensible suggestions

Strong project management, problem solving and presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
