Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive to maximize products’ profitability across business units, sales channels and strategic partners via designing, implementing and reviewing integrated marketing communication strategies, campaigns and initiatives for the achievement of sales and KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, such as product owners, branch and telesales channels, as well as external partners, to optimize delivery of marketing services, activities and materials with the desirable channel mix.
  • Plan and formulate channel management strategies and policies related to strategic partners and sales channels to drive sales with the optimal channel mix to maximize profitability to the bank; responsible for effective vendor and partner management to maximize service delivery and build & sustain brand strength.
  • Lead sales planning through developing business referral activities and sales incentive schemes to motivate strategic partners and channel vendors to achieve the assigned sales target; develop product bundle strategy to maximize the product holding of customers to enhance the profitability of the portfolio
  • Maintain, strengthen and develop good working relationship with sales channels and strategic partners, with activities including regular onsite visits, events management and support, PR events, regular materials updates, etc.
  • Develop education strategy and implement activities to meet the channel needs with objective to improve channel productivity and to ensure compliance with ALL regulations
  • Design effective marketing activities and manage day-to-day promotion operations under governance of robust marketing process, such as liaise to get internal and external approval on all marketing materials, support on systems/process flow and necessary enhancements, provision of data etc.
  • Effectively manage marketing budget and exercise necessary cost control; manage marketing calendar, activities summary and business analysis to support thorough evaluation of marketing strategy, campaign effectiveness and timely allocation of marketing & sales resources.

 Requirements: 

  • University degree in business studies, preferably in marketing or equivalent
  • 8 to 10 years of solid experience in marketing role within capacity of banking, wealth management or consumer assets products and profound integrated marketing campaign management functions
  • In-depth knowledge of business practices and hands-on experience of latest market practices
  • Strong planning, analytical, negotiation,  project management skills ,  program design and management abilities
  • Profound in evaluating financial aspects of marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proven effectiveness as a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment
