Job Description

The Job

  • Manage the entire materials ordering & goods delivery arrangement and be the owner of the budget control, including in-house warehouse operation, inventory planning, shipping, order management, etc.
  • Manage a team and ensure their roster duty to facilitate 7x24 operations.
  • Plan and design the warehouse and logistics work procedures and ensure the team adhere to the defined workflow.
  • Lead the team to perform weekly stock take to ensure the accuracy of the stock inventory with monthly review of the stock movement to maintain the accuracy in order to generate the report for submission
  • Regular health check for all machineries and liaise with supplier for maintenance
  • Ensure materials quality to maintain the high standard of output to cope with the machinery specification & ISO standard if any
  • Prepare the management report (team performance, attendance & OT, stock consumption & forecast, monthly stock spending, warehouse utilization…etc.)
  • Responsible in preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective and improvement plan to achieve financial objectives.
  • Manage the vendors including but not limited to sourcing, price negotiation and quality management. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to response to client’s tender, compliant and requests.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management. 
 The Person
  • Degree holder in warehouse operations & supply chain management or related disciplines. 
  • 8 years’ experience or above in warehouse operations or supply chain and logistics management including at least 4 years in team management.
  • Solid experience in supporting 7x24 operations is highly preferred.
  • Possess with can-do and committed attitude.  Good problem solving & analytical mind.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player, able to work under multi-cultural environment.
  • Good in spoken and written Chinese (e.g. Cantonese) and English. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experienced in ERP systems.
