For respondents who have new graduate turnover, 41% of them reported the average length of service is 1 – 2 years, while 34% said the average is 3 – 12 months.

The most common reason for leaving is “Better opportunities available” (68%), followed by ”Unsuitable job nature” (40%) and “Not satisfied with salary and benefits” (29%).
