- Provide general reception & admin duties
- Handle enquiries & appointment booking
- Provide supports in activities, talks & event etc.
- Higher Diploma or above in Life Sciences
- Experience in clinical research is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare/ medical terminology
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- At least 3 years experiences in research
- Knowledge of healthcare / hospital statistics
- Plan, develop and maintain volunteer opportunties
- Recruit and place applicants for volunteer work
- Provide support and guidance for volunteers
- Provide admin & secretariat support
- Organize, coordinate workshops/training & meetings
- Collect, compile statistics & report writing
