- Manage trade lifecycle for products
- Investigate and assess alerts for potential money
- Demonstrated knowledge of AML/KYC issues
- Good knowledge in securities laws, operations, etc
- Minimum 3 years’ secretarial / administrative exp.
- Handle administration tasks for the department
- Prepare presentation & marketing materials
- Experience in payroll and servicing / HR is a plus
- Skills in SAP system and HRIS are preferred
