- Support other teams on Administration Help Desk enquiries
- Prepare invoices and relevant documentation for payment process
- As an account reviewer
- Conduct CDD for new on-board customers
- Perform blacklist checking on direct customers
- Knowledge in handling FATCA/ CRS
- Obtained HKICPA or relevant qualification
- Experience from auditing or banking
- Passionate in client facing role
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Management training will be provided
- Issue policies of General Insurance products
- Provide clerical and data input support
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Lead a team to review the risks
- Liaise with heads of other departments
- Provide advisory service
- Provide claims services and handle enquiries
- Conduct on-site loss assessments
- Assist in handling complex claims
- Plan and perform audit assignments with objectives
- Identify and assess key risk areas
- Prepare reports with audit findings
- Conducting customer due diligence
- Conduct new account opening checking
- Approve blacklist search checking
- Provide sales and marketing support to MPF clients
- Provide administrative support in MPF Centre
- Support hotline and handle customer enquiries
- Perform on-site & off-site supervisory activities
- Perform research, fact-finding and data analysis
- Prepare report for monitoring of approved trustees
