- Ensure daily food production in the kitchen
- 3-5 years’ exp. in fine dining restaurants/hotels
- Experience in hot kitchen section is preferred
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Min. 2 years’ exp. in western restaurants
- Presentable & customer service oriented
