- Monitor tender exercise and vet tender documents
- Carry out pre-and post-contract administration
- Procure consultancy services contracts
- Conduct vetting of final accounts
- Manage design and construction development
- Manage & monitor consultants’ input & performance
- Degree in Architecture / Building Studies
- Higher Diploma or above or equivalent
- least 5 year solid property management experience
- Computer knowledge preferable
- Manage the performance of Consultants
- Monitor progress of site works of assigned project
- Ensure compliance with Corporate objectives
