  • Higher Diploma or above in Property Mgt
  • University degree in Information Technology
  • At least 8 yrs’ exp. in IT outsourcing governance
  • Govern performance of the outsourcing vendors
  • Handle written complaints
  • Have prior experience in Pension/MPF Products
  • Deliver high quality customer service.
  • Fluent English & Chinese. French/Italian is bonus
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Dip Holder or above with min. 3 yrs rel. exp.
  • Holder of HKIH/MCIH/CIH/RPHM is highly preferred
  • Working location: Lai Chi Kok
Base salary + high commission
  • Commission base
  • Travel request
  • Sales experience in North America market is prefer
HK$70k - 90k /month (negotiable)
