(Senior) Customer Service Executive
Chevalier (Network Solutions) Limited provides a wide portfolio of one-stop consultancy, IT networking design, implementation and supporting services to the customers. Our product and solution categories include network infrastructure, server systems, security management, surveillance systems, intelligent building solutions, IP unified communication system, video conference, contact center, data network equipment and intelligent property management application system etc.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer engineering service inquiry and prepare service quotation
- Arrange work schedule and monitor work progress of each engineering service case
- Monitor subcontractor work and verify subcontractor billing
- Support team supervisor on preparing regular service report, billing summary and P/L report
- Maintain the system database's integrity
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- At least 3 years of related work experiences
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, hardworking and enthusiastic about job
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
