Officer / Assistant Manager (Call Centre)
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customer hotline for banking and credit card enquiries and provide solutions efficiently
Providing quality customer services to customers in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
Addressing customer feedback and complaints professionally and do proper escalation when necessary
Working collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issue
Discovering customer needs and promote retail banking products and digital services
Complying with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customer's and bank's interest
Provide administrative support in Call Centre
Conduct warm calls to existing customers for follow-up and referral opportunities
Requirements:
Degree or above with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua and interpersonal skills
PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Work with integrity and pro-active attitude, due care and diligence in carrying out the role and responsibilities
Team and results oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
