房務部服務員 Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.

  • 清潔及整理客房,包括鋪床、更換床單、吸塵、除塵及清潔浴室。

  • Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.

  • 補充客用品,如洗漱用品、毛巾及飲品。

  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages or malfunctions to the supervisor.

  • 檢查房間設施,並向主管報告任何損壞或故障。

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous assistance.

  • 及時回應客人需求並提供禮貌協助。

  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

  • 保持清潔工具及用品的良好狀態。

  • Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service protocols.

  • 遵守酒店的衛生、安全及服務規範。

  • Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards.

    遵守個人儀容及衛生標準。


Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
    具備客房或酒店服務經驗者優先。

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    注重細節,能獨立完成工作。

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    具備良好溝通及人際技巧。

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
    能接受輪班、週末及假期工作安排。
