Ms Anna Au is currently the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Talent Engage, an agency under the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the HKSAR Government to provide one-stop service facilitation, support and assistance for talents from around the world.  She has served various bureaux and departments in the Government, including the Civil Service Bureau, the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, and the Planning and Lands Branch of the Development Bureau.

Mr. Bill Lee

Managing Director, Hong Kong of Jobsdb by SEEK

Bringing with him deep industry experience in both tech and logistics, Bill Lee joined Jobsdb by SEEK as Managing Director, Hong Kong in 2021. He leads the company’s sales, operations and strategic development. Previously he was the Director of New Verticals at Foodpanda, developing the “quick commerce” model in Hong Kong from the ground up. In addition to his time at Foodpanda, he also led multiple businesses in e-commerce, delivery and logistics.  Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Multimedia University in Malaysia, and is an avid debater.

Mr. Clement Lai

Founder & CEO of Clement Shield Security Limited

Mr. Clement Lai, is an undeniable specialist in leadership, security management and anti/counter terrorism. After leaving the Hong Kong Police Force as a Superintendent, Clement has founded Clement Shield Security Limited and now is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  Clement was trained internationally in Leadership, Counter-Revolutionary Warfare, VIP Protection, Aviation Security and Domestic and Transnational Anti/Counter Terrorism, including from: The United Kingdom Army 22nd Regiment (SAS); United States Secret Service; People’s Republic of China Public Security Bureau, and United States International Law Enforcement Academy, etc. During his many years of commendable service in the Royal/Hong Kong Police Force VIP Protection Unit, both operational and training related posts, Clement was also the Officer-in-Charge of the Airport Security Unit and Counter Terrorism Response Unit.

Mr. Edward Chan

Mr. Edward Chan leads student career development, entrepreneurship education, and industry partnerships at Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU), Hong Kong's first University of Applied Sciences and largest self-financing university with 13,000+ full-time students.
