在我們的職業生涯中，難免會轉工離職，跟共事已久的同事說聲再見。雖然天下無不散之筵席， 但離職很多時也會觸動個人情感，令這句再見難以表達。
絕大部分情況下，離職告別宜意簡言賅、親切而專業。我們永遠不知道何時重遇前同事，有時可能會想寫一封長長的感謝函盡訴心聲，但緊記講多也錯多，故應保持精簡和禮貌。
