- Communicating effectively with dispatch or management for routing instructions or reporting incidents.
- Providing excellent customer service, assisting with loading and unloading if required.
- Following procedures related to payment arrangements or paperwork for transport-related activities.
How to become a Driver

- 1.Holder of a Hong Kong driver’s license (Type of license will vary, depending on the company’s requirements).
- 2.Clean traffic record; some companies may require a Certificate of No Recorded Traffic Conviction from the Hong Kong government.
- 3.Having years of driving experience is required.
- 4.Familiarity with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations.
- 5.Sound knowledge of car mechanics and basic inspection skills to solve car problems.
- 6.Must be service-oriented, with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
