Human Resources Officer

Tasks and duties

• Administering and coordinating HR projects designed to meet the organisation's personnel objectives.
• Supporting recruitment processes, such as screening applications, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair, and consistent management of staff.
• Providing day-to-day advice to line managers on all human resource issues, including staff performance, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Maintaining employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinating and managing staff appraisal schemes and providing advice on training and development.
• Preparing reports and making recommendations to management about HR issues and strategies.
