What's it like to be an Executive Assistant?
An Executive Assistant performs high-level administrative tasks to support the work of senior team members in an organisation. Tasks and duties
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office and supporting senior executives in their duties.
- Coordinating communications, including receiving calls, responding to emails and handling company enquiries.
- Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organising catering when necessary.
- Contributing to presentations by conducting research and preparing documents.
- Making travel arrangements for executives, including booking hotels, flights and ground transport.
