How to become an Operations Assistant
It may be possible to become an Operations Assistant without any formal qualifications. However, completing your secondary school education, having at least one year of full-time experience in administrative support and strong computer literacy is often essential. You may consider doing a diploma or associate degree to give you an advantage in the job market.

Consider pursuing a diploma or associate degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, logistics, marketing or business-related disciplines. Depending on the area of study, this can take anywhere between six months to two years part-time or full-time.

Achieve Level 2 or above in five subjects, including Chinese and English in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSEE) or equivalent, or Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Exam (HKCEE).
