Tasks and duties
- Managing the diary of their employer, organising meetings and appointments.
- Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of their employer.
- Dealing with incoming emails, post, calls or enquiries.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
- Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and occasionally travelling with their employer to take notes or provide general assistance.
- Assisting with various errands such as shopping or researching topics for personal or business matters
