    A chaotic and toxic workplace driven by poor leadership, disrespect, and zero accountability.
    The good thingsHonestly, can't think of any meaningful pros from my time here.
    The challenges- Poor leadership: boss is indecisive, emotional, and inconsistent in decision-making - Top-down management style: commands rather than communication, no respect for team members - Lacks accountability: blames others for mistakes, never takes responsibility - Disrespectful behavior towards staff; treats people like tools, not humans - Toxic work culture: low morale, no team spirit, high stress - HR/Admin is disorganized: often forgets important tasks - Vendor payments are frequently delayed due to internal mismanagement
