    It was a stifling environment of excessive pressure, poor communication, and restrictive policies.
    The good thingscolleagues are good and helpful
    The challengesThe company is plagued by poor management, which has created a highly stressful work environment. Employees are burdened with excessive workloads but are provided with insufficient training, leading to inefficiency and frustration. Furthermore, a severe lack of internal communication inhibits teamwork and problem-solving. Compounding these issues are restrictive company policies that severely limit basic interactions, such as conversing with colleagues or using personal mobile phones, which stifles morale and creates a counterproductive atmosphere
