    Poor management caused all the problems
    The good thingsMy team is the best team to cooperate with, compared to other teams in the department. I have a good enough capacity to express myself and try out my ideas. There are different aspects you will be able to take part, e.g. digital marketing, event management, and team management. It is a good opportunity to gain experience.
    The challengesAll the management should be rearranged since many staff were mistreated. From the marketing department management level staff to the HR department staff are all a mess. This even caused poor career development for me and many other staff in the department.
