Overcoming Excessive Workloads and Poor Management in the Workplace
The good thingsNothings, all employees face excessive workloads. The company's equipment is outdated, and almost 80% IT matters are outsourced. Management is extremely chaotic. The work culture is very poor, characterized by a lot of talk but little action. Actually, they only have 10-15 people in HK office.
The challengesThe most challenging the constant meetings. Even when there is no agenda, meetings are held forcefully. The boss has an extreme fondness for meetings and frequently boasts about himself, while employees are not allowed to voice their opinions. Otherwise, they are regarded as rebels.
